I got shat on by a bird twice in two days.

I can't stop laughing. Fiine, nature, you keep your evil assault fleets and I'll sit my ass home! I wish.

I was having an okay day when I went outside and found something that belonged on my roof but was now lying on the ground.

I called the roofing company about it blowing off in the wind. What got me mad is that they didn't replace it with something new. It is so beat up from the hail and this guy tried to tell me that they forgot.

That is BS so will see what happens in the morning when they come back to take care of it.

My therapy session was so awesome today. She told me I did all of the right things and she wishes more people were like me and that my heart was in the right place so I feel very vindicated. This changes everything for me now. For the better. I feel as though the world has turned right side up for me and I am so enjoying being me right now. I feel so set free from the lies I was believing about myself.

My day for once was busy and productive. Not a clear thought day, but I managed to write a wandering off track journal. Trying to decide where I go from here.

Completed the medical form I'd been putting off. Then went shopping, I now have a full pantry of winter foods so I don't have to venture out when its snowy or icy.

Even got a 25kg bag of bird food to keep the wild ones happy for a couple of months. Good job that was delivered, I can't even carry it from the front door.

Almost ready to batten down for the bad weather now, just a couple more things to get done.

A bit anxious. I have a physical today. It shouldn't be too bad. Just getting out, and getting on a scale, makes me nervous. On a good note, I bought a kit of Zumba cds which show how to do it before it gets difficult. I'm hoping I enjoy this exercise. Now to get my motivation going.

I had a bad case of cabin fever and pushed myself out the door and ran some errands and got some things I needed and then went and got my hair dyed. I came home and had a feeling of all is well so I am going to push myself out the door tomorrow as well.

Had a dr appointment yesterday. Was anxious about leaving the house. I managed to do it and my blood pressure wasn't even up. That is good. I treated myself to Starbucks after.

I didn't leave the house yesterday and I didn't have anybody showing up to work on the house. I so needed this time as this week I had to confront the roofing company about what I found.

He became very defensive over the phone and then when he showed up, he was super nice. Just glad that ordeal is over. It took a lot out of me so today is another day to do some self-care.

My day has been fine. I pulled in my tomato cages and garden decor. That's about it. The house is clean so I didn't have to do anything there. I live a fairly boring life.
