Back to work after 3 days off last week to be with my hospitalized mom. Then there was me being sick for the last 4 days, I'm finally on the mend thank god! When it rains it pours! :O_o:

Got two new pets today, a pair of degus. They seem to be settling in and are already happy to take food I offer through the bars. Never had any before.

Its another focus for me and another animal in the house for the cat when I'm out, although she's ignoring them right now. Even though she must know they are there.

Work went well today; even though I lost my phone, I found it! Had take out and some wine with the hubby, ordered my b-day present; from my son (he wanted me to pick it out ), and made plans to hang out with a friend. It was a busy but good day. :tup::roflmao:
