I'm new to the forum and yours was the first thread I read. I was married to an alcoholic and I am so sorry you are going through this. I found a lot of help in Al-anon. People have similar experience and offer a lot of compassion, solutions for me and support.

I lost myself trying to control his drinking, counting his drinks and now I am learning to take care of myself no matter what he does and live my life. I wish you the very best.
