I’m Really Struggling With This… Guns On College Campuses

Fair enough – and maybe the US needs to take note on the behaviors of other countries…
Debate aside – we are all victims of something on here – unfortunately that’s what we share. Why can we not dream/hope/strive for a society where threats are reduced? Is it too much to hope for that we try to take action to prevent threat and encourage peaceful behavior rather than defending/reacting to it after the fact? Maybe I’m too much of a pacifist or too hopeful – I realize there will always be crime/rape/abuse/accidents/war – unfortunately that’s the outcome of are fallible human behavior… I strive, as damaged as I am, to lead by example – peacefully.

I would love to take on this debate, but as i stated earlier i will not debate single minded people that have no interest in hearing the other side and doing it with respect.

I'm sorry but this is quite rude. Who exactly is single minded? Just because someone has a different view does not make anyone here single minded. I have not seen one post in this thread that was without respect, lack of interest or single minded other than this one. Attacking members is just not right.

Try to remember that many of us come from different cultures and countries. We will veiw guns differently because we come from totally different backgrounds with compeletely different laws. That does not make us single minded.
