You were very right in this. I woke up much more rational today. I was able to process quite a bit, partially due to this thread. My T responded with a very well thought out response today including that she is most definitely not giving up on me. And that we will continue working through these triggers. I am so thankful that she doesn’t make me feel embarrassed after the stuff I wrote her. I am surprised how long that trigger response lasted yesterday and how distorted it made my thinking.
