I Climbed Over A Small Depressive Hump

So for past several days I been feeling super overwhelmed, lonely and depressed.
Sometimes exercise hasn't been really super helpful - working out feel slightly better. But then 10min later, i feel overwhelmed and start pondering about suicide

Today, after speaking with couple neighbors, I changed my clothes and did idk how many flights of stairs with my teddy bear- at least 20 as I played some 'inspirational music'.(Been too scared to go out for a walk) And then afterwards, I did a jacuzzi bath with bit of essential oil. That relaxed me so much and made me feel more at ease with my issues and burdens. It really relieved a lot of overwhelming fear & trepidation
