I am with you. If I knew how to help myself, I certainly wouldn't need therapy. However, I do see others points. She probably meant where do you want to start. But even that's a loaded question because we have many layers to untangle, we may not always know which one is best to untangle first. On the therapist, you might need to decide if it's fear of healing that's got you in a knot, or she isn't the one. That might help you decide.
