I Feel Like I Have Neglected This Group

I have not been participating much since there have been so many traumatic things going on in my life and maybe it's crazy to feel this easy but I do feel a little guilty about that because you guys have been here for me in the past in tremendous ways. Im still struggling with a lot but I hope all of you guys are well.

There are times when I like to believe that I'm essential. It turns out that myptsd is like the ocean: Take one person / bucket out of it and within moments, other parts adjust and fill the gaps.

Most of us are better at giving than receiving, and self-care is not our strong suit. Please minimize the guilt you feel about taking care of yourself!
