please make sure you keep going to new therapists until you find one that you trust, feel comfortable with, and respect/respect you. Too many people settle for a therapist that doesnt connect or resonate with them and all therapists are not for everyone. I think that you should continue to request new ones until you find one that is for you! best of luck!
