You sound very dedicated and conscientious.
All that being said, the mind and body and soul need proper time for healing and rest.
I think I only missed two days of work in 40 years.
Would I do it that way again? Probably. Just the way I am.
Would I do it that way now? Or ever again. Probably not.
Work no longer defines all of me.
Just aging I guess.
