One hour sleep is precious little... sleep deprivation will affect mood, body and mind in big ways. Try to do self soothing, sleep promoting things to get that resolved. Exercise, herbal teas (Celestial Seasons has a "Sleepy Time", but there's always camomille), no caffine after 2 pm (and look at your caffine consumption and take steps to cut it down). Take care of your body and mind.... because what ever you choose to do... they are the vehicle that you will use to get where "you" want to go.
