Close up all the big ag industrial farm operations/factories and open animal sanctuaries in their place.....then plant fruit trees and perennial veggies, edible "weeds", and herbs...and teach folks how to care for, harvest, and prepare the abundance...in much of the space that was once used to aggressively use and abuse other living/feeling things in the name of profit and taste bud addictions. Folks would remain employed, but spend their days learning to nurture and regenerate the land and water supplies, and each other, rather than continuing to foster more death and needless suffering.
