I was blessed today. By the grace of God I am not fired. I had an episode this morning, right before I walked out the door to go to work. I became paranoid about the people I work with, and the job itself. It is unnerving. I work on peoples vechicles at a very fast rate. It's an intese job. Needless to say I shelled up and didn't go. My boss called me 13 times, and when 4 o'clock came around I finally showed up to talk to him. He was still visibly angered but was restrained. Thank the Lord. He cominsed to tell me that he was disappionted in me for not being dependable and responsible. He also said the owner was crushed. Apparenly they love me up there because I can hustle those parts, and am a customer service genius. lol
The boss told a story, about how he came to be up here at the shop and then told me, not in so many words that I can have the same kind of story up there and that I need to show up. Every damn day. I felt close to someone on the outside for the first time in a very long time, I hope this can carry on into a great career!
