None of this is your fault, so don't blame yourself for what happened; blame the guilty one, the abuser.

Thank you...but some of my adult trauma has self created and I am very responsible

@BeMindful Is your adult trauma the result of risk taking behavior? (You don't have to ansewer). If it is then, while as adults, we are responsible for our behavior, but at the same time risky behavior is one of the symptoms of abuse, so in that respect it is tied back to the original trauma.
