Saturday night over and still going well. Again, wine, a nice meal and a small choc bar not to excess so feeling good. I did have my hot milk tonight and really enjoyed it.

You are good all of the time, like me you sometimes make wrong choices. A week is an awful long time. I would take it a day at a time. Allow treats. I always have some sort of pudding, not huge, just something to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I think the PTSD doesn't help but with most mental health problems it is a state of mind. We get down so we eat, we do well so we treat our selves - with something to eat! LOL It's not a no win situation, it can be done!
