Why are you cutting that out?
I add a malted powder, I'm cutting it out to save 200 calories. This meant I could have a slice of homemade apple cake after supper. I need to make choices, one or the other, not both with some chocolate on the side.
I'm not counting calories as such, just watching what I eat. I had avocado yesterday which is very rich and I think high in calories, however it also provides a good source of 'good' oil etc.
