I'm no longer on weekly med dispensing for the first time in 8 months!

I've had no suicidal ideation for the past 2 months, after having >once daily SI since April, so my GP was happy to put me back onto monthly med dispensing (the standard) at this morning's appointment :) .

I bought myself a punnet of strawberries to celebrate, and then when I was waiting for my prescription there was a dog in the pharmacy.

Not an SD, just a very well behaved dog who the pharmacists seemed to recognise and not mind it being in there. It sat right by me and I gave it lots of pats.
I'm taking it as a good omen.

I'm managing well with my med-scheme, still :)

Have had some days where I have been quite symptomatic in terms of depression or dissociation, which in the past would have had my mind going straight for the idea of taking another OD.

But I haven't been having those thoughts, and so have stayed safe with my new access to a month's worth of meds.

I also check in with my T and GP weekly, and they're pleased with how far I have come :)

Very true. Parts work definitely helped to get my eating disorder into remission, too :)
