Coming down from a violent flashback, with the help of pharmaceutical, i just remembered this little forum i found a while ago. I had to 'kick out' my only online-friend today, i feel like i cannot have friends and relationships, because i get triggered so bad by it. So i'm on my own. I feel very sad but know its the right decision for me rn.
So here I am Instead, hoping to find ways to get of this carousel from hell, but i dont know how
Im hoping coming on here will help me open up to all the things that need so much love, understanding and ultimately healing. I hope its possible
