Is it possible that we can get an alert if a page we have edited has been modified and needs further editing?

Yes, you kind off can actually. If you edit a thread, as per the above instructions, then it means you would have put a reply in the thread claiming editing. If you set your account preferences: [DLMURL]http://www.ptsdforum.org/c/account/preferences[/DLMURL] and ensure the first box is ticked, "Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply..." then whenever someone posts in the thread, you will get an alert they did so... just like I got one the moment you replied above into this thread, as I have created it, and also posted within it. Either one will send a notification providing you have that option selected.

Oh... and the video above will be ready in a few minutes... it is currently rendering to 1080p and at 65% at time of writing this, so it will showup in the first post in the next few minutes, which gives a good video outline on how prefixes are used.

Thank you. I'm finding that if I sit on my hands and just keep reading I'm getting my questions answered. I haven't written a paper since-gosh- forever and am not at all conversant with IT/softwear/what goes where and how so have had qualms with being able to keep up with all this. It sounds as if there will be something for everyone to contribute while on a learning curve. If I'm quiet and seemingly inactive over here at the moment it's through taking it in and processing, please know.

No worries. If anyone attempted to do anything without reading all the above and watching the videos, I will tell you now that it will likely turn into a huge cluster f*ck, real quick.

This group will grow and grow, and any group to work effectively must all be working together uniformly, same rules, same methods, achieve the same / similar end result.

As far as prefixes go, I may have missed the answer to the question I am going to ask but....
If a page is under construction or has been modified and has 2 more prefixes i.e. [uc] [cn] [e], and someone only wants to do one of the actions needed, say editing, but doesn't want to research for the [cn]. How do we indicated that we are claiming one of the actions needed and that the other is still open?
