I'm guessing that 11C means you were an 11 Chuck that needs to go fire some illum so we can find our way to the latrine :)
I'm in the same boat as you (and wasn't too far from Baqubah, either) with the VA. Have tried to connect with them a couple of times and get lost in the process every time, with appointments that are 9 weeks apart.
