It's ok. Confusion happens in the anonymous forum plus I jumped in the middle of an ongoing disagreement and so focus moved to me.

For the record though, I agree that sexual assult can happen without penetration and actually the law doesn't define rape, sexual assult, or sexual abuse by the act but rather by the abilty to consent to the sexual act, whatever that act is. In the US anyway. In all States.

How are you doing? I wanted you to know that what was done to you was illegal and would be prosecutable. Please do get some therapy and see if it can be with someone who specialises in trauma. It may be best to get a diagnoses via a psychiatrist but regardless you are obviously traumatised by this experience. Understandably. The age gap between you makes it absolutely clear cut when it comes to the law.
