I had another one of these, the same kind, last night. I got up to go to the bathroom. I felt so far from myself--disconnected. Something felt off and I felt confused. It scared me.
I came out of the bathroom, got some dessert out of the refrigerator, sat down and just started crying. I couldn't remember what happened in the bathroom for several minutes. I just felt scared that it happened.
I'm starting to wonder if the medication I am on is affecting my heart or blood pressure. Maybe I should get that checked out.
