hey guys and gals

its been almost a year since ive been back but i have been taking my meds and seeking help. i had to leave home and be homeless due to my family and some of it me i dont know what it is im supposed to be ive been disowned(again) but now i accept that im not the same person that went to iraq but and i know that i cant expect my own family to understand that but iis it abuse if they know and dont care because i litterally have been spat on and disrespected no way that i have never been disrespected before please tell methings will get better.

We'd like to get to know you a little better. Can you provide some info. about you, where and when you served, and if you've been to the VA or other agency for help. It just helps to get things started. I'm surprised some of the senior guys haven't asked for it by now.

What's up...what are your highest priorities these days?

I read some of your old posts Nova, so an update would be good, hence why I asked about priorities. But, based on what I saw, you should request or find group therapy to join. Besides the camaraderie you're probably missing, the other vets can help you with pointers and connections/referrals.

It's not just you mate, it's people in general. The war on terror is old news now, people are sick of having their brave men and women coming home in a box. It's not close to home for them anymore so they have become complacent.

Just bide your time until they attack allied territory again and it will be on again and then our service personnel and ex-service personnel will be accepted again.
