He he he... I just know when people need a rocket in their backside at times thats all. We with PTSD can get very slack at times, forget about the life threatening outcome that can be caused by lack of management of PTSD, thus those who want help, will certainly get straight forward advice and the truth as I view it here.

I need a rocket in my butt at times, and I don't like people pussy footing around what needs to be said in those circumstances, cause lets face it, when were down and ill, we just don't listen to reason, but we do take notice of the hard to face reality that is given too us...
