Sounds like a possible human rights complaint. Employers cannot fire someone because of their circumstances can they?

I was too upset to explain properly. They've been holding my job for me for two years, well, less seven weeks. For the nine months following, they would be required to place me in another position at the same pay grade. Not sure what happens after that because I flipped off my boss and walked out. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Oh well, I think I made it very clear that I'm not ready to return to work.

I am in the same boat. We are lucky they hold position. Sometimes i feel guilty too because i am holding a space i cannot fill.

I wanted to reply when I saw this yesterday, but I couldn't form cohesive sentences.

Mind if I ask for some clarification? Are you currently working and if not, do you want to go back to work. The impression I am getting is that they are holding your job for you but in 7 weeks they no longer will?
