Just for today I will not berate myself for liking to color. Sometimes I feel it is juvenile, even though it is intricate and can take hours to color one page. I feel like I should be doing something "adult". Today I will not let myself feel that way.

I lost my temper with my husband who has dementia because he opened all the bills at once and mixed them up and made it harder on me so just for today, I will calm down and try to remember what is really important. He was only trying to help.

I will do some stretching and a couple of simple yoga poses.
