Just for today I will maintain focus on the good stuff and no focus on the bad stuff.

Just for today I overlooked the negative feelings and let the sunshine in, so to speak. Hopefully it will be more then just for today.

I will hold my own counsel.

Just for today I will relax my mind about finding a therapist and know my ex therapist is working on it for me. One less thing to worry about.

Just for today I will not worry about the bills that aren't getting paid. At least not pass the point of worry, like usual. I will focus on what can be done and not be overwhelmed by the can'ts.

Just for today, I will be helping out my family as I am able. I have already done a few things around here today. Just for today I will be positive with everyone around me.

Just for today I can be glad for who I am instead of the person my undiagnosed mother thinks I am. She is doing what I used to do, striking out at the people who love her the most. It hurts but I did it too.

Just for today I will look at the list and do one thing. Just for today I will stop being in avoidance for minutes each hour.

Just for tonight, my head most seriously hurts and it will pass.

Just for today I can be uncomfortable and do the shrink's homework assignment, start my worry list, and do my first timed exposure challenge by going to the beach in a bathing suit, because all three have the potential for a calmer, more peaceful and happier generally satisfying life.
