Killer Stocks

Yep... got out adding 15% to my initial investment. I waiting for Google and Apple to take a big hit, as those two are money making magnets.

I'm avoiding apple like the plague, nothing but bad has been happening for them since Jobs passed away. Though, on the flip side, they probably will eventually go up and will have to drop their stock prices to attract some buyers.....hmmmmm....

Good day on the market today.

Ctxs pulling in close to 5%, YMA.F another 5.96 (not 100% sure about the accuracy of that though) and McDonalds coming through on the plus side in the end.

Really counting on yamaha to continue up in the next few months.

I think I'm good with the stocks I've got right now. Just need them to continue on the up slope until Friday so I can sell and not be worried about them tanking over Christmas when I'm not here. :nailbiting:

My GE was down a bit

GE is always a good long term investment. My maternal Grandfather retired from GE with lots of stock!

Yes... I can now play in real-time with the Australian stock exchange. Nothing as dramatic as I think I could make from the US one, though still I can play around with stocks whilst an exchange is open, now the game is linked in to use the ASX. Whoooooo Hoooooooo! Best of all worlds now.

Mmmmm... just been looking at the ASX stocks, and I can't say they're exactly exciting. Biggest moves are by 5%, if that... which sounds mighty risky IMHO for a novice such as myself to be watching cents up and down for buy and sell. I'm not that talented... well, no talent really at all for stocks, so I think I could do more damage than good by playing in such a small stock market as the ASX. They don't have all the cool tools and information, the real-time data like the US does. They use a 20 minute delay on stock prices, so people can't overtly manipulate markets. Way too much regulation here for the stock market to be any fun from a games perspective.
