AM Joy - getting my newsy self on after getting a 1 hour technology lesson from my internet provider. Brain full and going sideways, need more tea. :)

Next, I'm going to rewatch a Ceasar Milan video that @ladee shared out. Hopefully, I'll be infused with insights and the ability to self-calm so that I can go out and face Saturday crowds and traffic without losing my mind or running over someone. Why is the Baby Shark song now going through my mind? ;)
