Last movie or tv series you watched?

I found Schitt's Creek to be a humorous hoot, @Lumos . My favorite character was the son. Hope you're diggin' it.

I just watched the movie on netflix called Wish Man. The true story behind the founder of the Make A Wish Foundation.

Parts of it were really intense and hard to watch because of abuse and corruption, and the tears flowed during other really sad parts, but I'm glad I watched it.

It provided some much needed emotional release as well as inspiration. Two thumbs up!

@Tornadic Thoughts I'm loving it :D Was laughing at the daughter ordering tonnes of raw milk when the dad only asked for 12 pints :hilarious: I love the son and the lady from Home Alone (oh and she was making everyone look for nude pix of her on the internet and they were all horrified, haha :hilarious: ) :)

Fishermen’s Friends. A movie we started watching last night, but were interrupted by a 3 hour power cut. We watched the rest of it tonight.

It’s about a group of Cornish Fishermen who enjoy singing sea shanties. They get spotted by a music guru and end up recording an album.
it’s a true story, and is a nice lighthearted film. Loved it.

I watched a few old black and whites over the weekend...

Mr. Skeffington (1944) starring Bette Davis and Claude Raines. Great movie with a couple of great actors if you like the classics.

Minisrty of FEAR (1944) starring Ray Milland. A cool spy movie, set and filmed during World War 2.

The Thin Man (1934) This is the first movie in my all time favorite movie series. Starring Myrna Loy and William Powell, who are imho the greatest comedy duo I have ever seen. ( Well, next to Abbott and Costello ❤) It's got everything. The comedy is timeless.

? ? ? ?

I've seen all of them a few times throughout my years. Truly my favorite movie era.
