Last movie or tv series you watched?

I am watching the new series of Star Trek Discovery. It is in fact miraculous that I am watching it all coz Im so closed minded! I expected something so.. well something else. Very plesantly surprised by last season ?.
Thinking how awesome it would be if I could open my mind even further and watch earlier series..but maybe you need to have watched it at the time. ?

P.S. Just found out this morning that the above movie started last Wednesday as a TV series on FX. Found it and hit the record button for this next Wed at 10pm Eastern time. Doesn't look like the actors are as good, but still looks quirky.

Finished watching Pose! Really loved that series, I seem to love LGBT TV for some reason.

Also watched an episode of 24 hours in Police Custody

I am not mucho of a T. V. Person so I dont know mucho about what's out there, I did signin up for a free trial of Netflix. Looking for shoes like Sense8 The OA and Stranger things. I think I got those recommends from here anyways.

I´m watching Guardians of the Galaxy today, because I wanted to know what all this "I am Groot" stuff was about. To be honest I don´t really get it. I suppose it´s not my kind of movie :P

Watched some my favourite episodes of ...imagine
- Growing Old Disfracefully - about Diana Athill, a remarkably Frank memoirist. I live her, sad she's died now.
- Alice Neel - Dr Jeckyll and Mrs Hyde - Another old lady I really admire, love her paintings. They're both women with a real passion for what they do. Both unapologetically themselves too
- Man Who Forgot to Read - on Oliver Sacks the neurosurgeon. Fascinating man

And rewatched The Punk Singer on Kathleen Hanna, another top person.

The Highwaymen - Netflix movie

This was a good movie, well made, intriguing and not without humour.

Texas Rangers and Bonnie and Clyde... an interesting take on history. :)

Watched Doctor Strange (Marvel) yesterday. Pretty awesome.
Way better than Guardians of the Galaxy.
