That is also very very good advice, I was thinking of saying something along those lines but for some reason forgot to when I posted. I knew there was something I was forgetting. Yes, I wanted to say, seek OUTSIDE assistance. It will probably be better help, and legally, patient confidentiality says any therapist/psychologist/etc cannot go tell your employer what you're seeing them about, unless they have good reason to thin you are an imminent danger to others, and the mere fact you are seeking treatment with them goes a long way to show you are not.
There is still a chance somehow your employer could find out you're in therapy, but I bet if you pay with cash and don't talk about it that chance is incredibly small.
