little Dwarf hamsters.

So cute they look like snacks that stay warm. They are so agile and fragile. Little furry friends with little rodent teeth and shiny little eyes.

Slow death breaths in....

And out.

Death breathe.. is that when you hold it in and visualize it is your last breathe?

Dr. Wayne Dyer said the empty breath between inhale exhale is where spirit is.... hmmm sounded good until i wrote it out now i am thinking WTF is he talking about?

Sorry just curious if this is what you mean by death breathe... like a breath you take or do not take that brings you closer to being at peace with death.. or dying one day.

Now.. i think maybe deep breath...sorry my mind has been weird.

The itsy bitsy little toad that caught my eye as he was climbing and chillin' right outside the kitchen window this evening. I don't recall ever seeing one that tiny. Watching his rapid heart beat in its little throat was pretty significant for me right now, too.

On a day I was feeling incredibly heavy from thinking of so many overwhelming little details, an even more beautiful little detail manages to kindly distract me and help me remember that now o'clock is all I've really got. Grateful for the message.

So (note to self) stop f'n thinking about everything else you have absolutely no control over and try to enjoy and remain mindful of what's right in front of you. Remember, travel and think kindly, at the speed of breath.

Puppy kisses.
Leonberger kisses with their huge tongues.
Thunderstorms.
Rain on my metal roof.
The wind whistling around corners.
My husband's sense of humor.
Running my hands through the soft fur of a Leonberger.
The smell of fresh mowed grass.
Sticking my head out the car window the same way a dog does.
Holding a Leonberger puppy on my lap.
Here's our Leonberger Barum's puppy picture when we first brought him home from the breeders:

I just got confirmation today that the Leonberger mother dog is pregnant! Yippee!
