Monday I went for a nice bike ride (I didn't have a garmin with me but I estimate it was over 40k) Legs were good but I could feel some stiffness still coming on. Had an epsom salts bath later that night.

Tuesday I did a modified Krav Maga class - a bit less leg work than usual but once they were warmed up I felt 100% better.

Wednesday - I have been challenged on my fit bit by some friends so I did a gentle 12k run and it was a gorgeous day. I am also researching how many steps there are in a marathon re my fit bit because I might wear it for the heck of it for my October marathon and see how many steps there are lol.

Thursday also gorgeous weather and did a 21k run.

Friday I will have Homer for the entire weekend!! His people are going out of town and they would take him but they are stuck in a hotel room. I would totally rather have him here plus I can adjust my schedule in order to spend more time with him.

I stopped at one of those doggie boutique places to see what toy would be good for him. I got him a really colourful kong that you stuff with doggy food treats. I hope he likes it.
 
Yer... she is getting better. It seems change in her routine screws with her, much more than I ever imagined. She is also in dog teenage years, I believe, which is screwing with me... as she is reverting to a lot of bad habits and puppy like stuff. Going through it all over again, which wasn't long ago... months.
 
@City Slicker : It's enjoyable but also something I took some time to get used to. It's very strange in the beginning and you feel really stupid - but it helps a lot and gives aching muscles all over the body. :p

Yesterday: 60 min Badminton

I'm going for a short run now...and then I'm off to a night shift. :cry:
