20 minutes of swimming.

I promised myself I would ooooooooonly do 15-20 minutes, of the laziest swimming / treading water as possible. And did. Minus the couple minutes against the current. But it wasn’t a particularly sexy current. Cheers.

If dancing and walking both count, sweet, been exercising every day except for yesterday, that was not eating sleepy bump. Otherwise: super fail, though.

I went to the gym for the first time since my gum surgery Oct. 3. I've been trying to do a round on the circuit machines for 30-40 minutes during my lunch 2x/week. I was surprised that I enjoyed it today since usually my favorite part of working out is walking away after I've finished working out.

Started walking more. I decided I will drop another 30 pounds. Dropped 12-14 in the past month. Goal? Not sure, 165 pounds at 5'11. Might work, feel like I need a drop. Currently at 195ish?

20 minute walk with the dog (who can’t walk longer because of a knee surgery)

Morning: 1 hour of yoga and pilates.

Evening: 7.5 km of jogging (minority) and brisk walking (majority) along the river.
