Snowshoe racing today - I have been on snowshoes before but never snow running with actual race snowshoes. It was a blast and once I figured out that my pace and distance wouldn't be what it would be on snow with yak trax I settled into the rhythm and just had fun. Tonight I finished off with P90X Back and Biceps. More snowshoe running tomorrow - I will take them on some trails and try them out there.

Bike commute to and from work.1 hour of spinning yesterday. Ran 4 miles on Tuesday, 6 miles on Monday, Sunday I swam about 1/2 mile open water, last Saturday I ran 10 miles.
All goes well I'll run 12 tomorrow. That's assuming my IT band behaves. I pissed it off running 4 miles of trails earlier this week..

@City Slicker your description of running was fantastic! I get lactic acid build up in my muscles too, but I'm sure it nothing like what a runner would have.

Starting upper body and back weight training on Monday and very eager for it. Had shots yesterday and they took 7 vials of blood so I did not exercise. Today swimming against the current then playing in the pool with the kids, and I'm ready for a scotch. ;)

Well, I was gone because I wanted to do power walking without this forums' help. Just a test I can do it or not. I have done it.

Progress from last Friday:
2.7 km - Friday
2.5 km - Saturday
3.2 km - Sunday
1.9 km - Monday
1.6 km - Tuesday
2.6 km - Wednesday

I am so tired, I know I have walked more than 6+ days in row. I will have to find out when the last time I took rest.

Thursday - Saturday Rest.

Tomorrow I will be back. I am happy to say I have achieved 80% goal. :D

Edit:  I have walked 15 days in row instead of walking 6 days. I have been taking rest from Wednesday, but still feeling emotionally spent. I hope to feel some freshness tomorrow.

@TheBubzilla Hope you are recovering well from foot injury.

I loved all answers for what it feels like to run.

@Glitterkitty Warm Welcome To Exercise Club! :)

I am happy to report that I have achieved the goal today with some freshness in mind. :joyful:

I never thought I would achieve in time, but I have done it now. It feels good. I know my distance will fluctuate here and there little bit, but I am not worried. It took 2 months to achieve it, at first I thought it was too long, but now my mindset has changed and distance doesn't matter for me. Satisfaction and staying active physically matters for me.

3.2 km power walking today.
