@City Slicker : Thank you...I cried more than an hour...head is still feeling dizzy. ...my work place is eating up all my energy and I was at my limit today. Wanna go running tomorrow, we'll see.
Wednesday:
Ten minutes breathing.
Ten minutes walking.
Thursday:
I did thirty minutes mindfulness body scan and thirty minutes breathing practice.
15 minutes walking, poured need to upgrade wet weather gear to do 1-2 hours in the rain.
Managed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the gym this week - today missed it and will go again tomorrow as I can't go over the weekend. I am pleased with myself.
