Wednesday: 20k bike ride and a Krav Maga workout since I felt fairly sluggish yesterday
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 26k run with some hill work
Saturday: Krav Maga and 22k bike ride - (thank you to all that recommended the chamois bike shorts)
Sunday: Light day so far, swim with Homer and a shorter run (2-3k since it's hot still and I won't work Homer too much in the heat) and planning a stretch and plyo workout later tonight.
 
I usually do our 30 minute exercise program 4 days per week at the Senior Center here in town. I did it today, as usual. I miss Thursdays, because I have to do my shopping that day (groceries, etc. because that is the day I have a ride to the grocery). Weekends I go for walks when I remember to do so. The Senior Center isn't open then.
 
Still walking... but looking forward to getting back into exercise come Monday next week. Everything seems to have settled with me now, for the most part. Next week will hurt... no doubt about it. I will start smallish and work my way up over the next couple of weeks, getting back to my normal routine.

Thank f*ck is all I can say. I have to go away this weekend, hence start come Monday.
 
A photo of me at probably my largest, 234 lbs, from a couple years ago. I am around 216 now. I have had much difficulty over these past few years maintaining the desire to train, because of depression and chronic fatigue. I press on, though..
