Alexander Technique - Semi supine and Crawling for Adults

Alexander Technique - 3 practices so far. Semi supine, Crawling for Adults and Body/Breath one.
Body Scan/Breath practice.
Vigorous prolonged Disco Dancing.
30 minutes brisk walking.

Half an hour of fast walking and same long of box. Not getting into boxing alone right now though, I need someone physically with me who'd tell me to stop. Emotional regulation through safe schemes & following orders :banghead: Done whining, trying to get back to logging stuff :)
 
Several hours of dancing and I'm back to it for the endorphines.

Frustrated myself with athletics I can't do, so sticking literally to the ground, heck if I can roll & crawl & jump & get down at the thought of it, I'm still not feeling entirely shit defenseless.
