Wednesday: 20k bike ride and a Krav Maga workout since I felt fairly sluggish yesterday
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 26k run with some hill work
Saturday: Krav Maga and 22k bike ride - (thank you to all that recommended the chamois bike shorts)
Sunday: Light day so far, swim with Homer and a shorter run (2-3k since it's hot still and I won't work Homer too much in the heat) and planning a stretch and plyo workout later tonight.
