Wednesday, 4km run and leisurely swim with Homer. Really, really hot and humid out.
Thursday, 3km run with Homer and then 2 hrs of Krav Maga tonight.

Not feeling like eating much - probably the heat but thank goodness for protein bars and frozen french fries ; )
 
Friday, 42k bike ride. Hills involved but mostly smooth asphalt - we have some nice paved bike paths here so I spent most of the evening checking them out - they are lit which is an extra bonus.

Saturday, Krav Maga and a shorter bike ride (21k) - legs feel a little wobbly after the ride yesterday so headed for the foam roller and a nice epsom salt bath lol.

Sunday, slow run 31k just to keep the muscles warm for the marathon next weekend. Really looking forward to this one.
 
30 minute exercise program at our local Senior Center in town. The fellow who leads it is in his 90s! He is a veteran and likes to do cross word puzzles. I just thought I would add that about his age, so that folks understand it is possible to stay fit when in your 90s. Just keep at it, folks, don't ever give up! (I'm in my 60s).
