Yesterday I did a high energy sweat-a-lot NIA class for an hour.
NIA- Non-Impact-Aerobics , a eclectic blend of dance, martial arts moves, yoga and aerobics designed to be self-adjusted to fitness level.
Today I'll go for a walk.
My interim T (while my usual psych. Is away), wants me out and active everyday, so ...well I'll do my best and maybe logging here will help motivate me too.
