Yesterday I walked another 4 miles, today I started my couch to 10K app (yet again) and I walked/jogged 4 miles. All in 18 degree weather! I was fine while I was walking, but now that I'm inside I'm FREEZING!
Don't get me wrong, I love how I shape up when I'm walking/running, but at the same time.... I love that my waist becomes more defined (woohoo for curves!). But, its like the excess that was around my waist drops to my hips and it isn't pretty! LOL, I'll have to work on toning up my hip area so it looks a bit better. My goal is to have nice runners legs by summer! Not going on vacay until September, so I have a bit of time to get into peak condition.
