One hour workout. Was good today, focused and good form. Feel amazing now. Just one more and another week done. How time flies since I started this.

What excercise did to my mental health is nothing short of miracleous. My partner is also doing much more sports. Me, being a good influence, what a nice feeling.
 
Two pilates classes last week. Two the week before. Personal trainer booked for Monday. Going to use some of my small TPD (Totally and permanently disabled) payout to try to get my body back to 57kgs from 73kgs all due to inhaling cake and bread and not exercising consistently since diagnosis 7 years ago.

Joined four gyms in that time and entering them triggered panic attacks each time.

I cannot motivate myself to exercise alone. I accept now I will never be able to do that like I used to.

I am hoping personal training and pilates will reignite my body and I will then ask to be weaned onto using PCYC, walking groups and cheap classes long term.

PS Pilates is great. The after effect is much stronger than I imagined.
 
I have my iPhone with bluetooth headset
I am just looking into another bluetooth headset with good specs for a reasonable price. Since using them for exercise, my last pair practically dissolved with sweat and fell apart.

I am back to wired right now and I gotta say the frequency range in wired is really nice, I had forgotten that. It's hard to compromise that for bluetooth...so I am beginning the research again.
