Sorry I have not been online in awhile...my husband's doctor is Dr. Vargas, and he is located in the medical building on the Paseo de la Presa. I understand that Dr. Vargas knows some english, and my husband writes and translates his own notes into spanish ahead of time just to be on the safe side. I'm sorry I have no phone #, but everyone seems to know the medical building on the Presa.
