Managed To Play Guitar At Home Today

So since giving away my laptop, desktop, and video fans console , I knew that I would have a lot of spare time in my hands.

So I went out for of the day.
When I got home I relaxed for awhile. I also managed to play guitar and practice my pieces and scales and arpeggios .

I have to admit , I felt good after an hour of playing , and tomorrow I am hopeing for the same.

It has been a dream to commit myself to playing guitar and composing music for most of my time during the day because I find it challenging , fun and equally as rewarding .

Hi again. Here I was so happy to de cluttering myself from the past, when all of the sudden giving away my laptop was perhaps not a good idea because turns out I still need it and here's why .

My guitar teacher and I are starting my first album of healing and meditation I using classical pieces.

Unfortunately I will need access to a laptop to print out sheet music.

Deep down I find myself at peace with this because I am using the laptop as a support tool for my career as a composer/ performer.

But I am a little concerned that having a laptop will once again become a distraction and I will become the same tool that I hate because of the family culture that I grew up in

You can do it! Don't let the laptop get in the way. It is just a tool for your music. My husband does a lot of musical stuff on his computer. It comes in handy. For me a laptop is a Godsend. It keeps me connected. But I can see how it can easily go bad. I wish for you that it doesn't.

I decided to put on hold my music album. I know deep down , that I am not ready to start composing my stuff full time.

I believe the most I can manage right now is to just continue my conservatory studies , and just be patient .

As for the laptop I decided to not take it back , having my internet and being able to use my iPhone is enough . I can always find other means of researching what I need.

I don't see a real need for a laptop right now .

In the meantime , all the repertoire from my conservatory that I can master , I can upload it to my youtube account I am sure
