Marijuana made symptoms worse?

I avoided medication for about 10 years because I adapt too quickly and usually end up taking too much chemicals which in turn cause me very bad gastro problems. However 1.5 years ago I decided to get medical marijuana and have been on it.

But I think my symptoms have increased, the other problem is that I'm addicted to it. I've tried getting off it but my symptoms increase ten fold. I want to get off it because I need to travel to europe to get surgery but last week I tried easing off my dosage slowly and this weekend was a nightmare, was in full crisis mode, destroyed my ignorant family and had a panic attack to led to a 10 minute seizure where I couldn't move and my fingers were twisted and whole body was in a full tense state.

Now I know this is not all marijuana, however I think I am addicted to it, or my subconscious is as it likes the feeling of relaxation? I don't know, might be talking out of my ass.
My question is, what should I do? How can I quit it? I asked my psychologist and he's clueless.

All I know is that it makes me numb to trauma symptoms. So yes, I can imagine going off of it would make things worse. Years ago, my husband tried to stop and he was awful to be around. Now I just accept it as his lifestyle, since it is medicine, can you not take it in Europe?

I don't think the doctors can help you do it. I was going to doctors and shrinks trying to get off the pills I was buying on the internet. I was in so much pain back then. I wanted them to put me on a drug so I could get off the drugs I was on. Then I was taking two drugs instead of one so you know how that worked, it didn't. I think pot is so much easier than most of that stuff so I am sorry you are having a bad time.

Medical marijuana should be prescribed by a doctor who is knowledgeable in that field and they should be able to adjust the percentage of cannabinoids and the dosage so that it doesn't exacerbate stress.

Still, if it is a problem and you want to stop usage, the same doctor should be able to help you.
