You sound like me. Like you might have Fibromyalgia. I've had it for 16 years now. All the muscles in my body were so tight I could hardly move. Massage, acupuncture, meditation and gentle yoga works wonders.
It's awful, from the time I was 29 (I'm now 43), I've felt like I'm 90. But it's getting better, retraining the muscles and doing my emotional release work.

I held all the anger in my body. Not good.
 
I have fibro, and the Cymbalta is sposed to help the pain some. I love massage, and I get acupuncture, sit in the hot tub of water and epsom salts, take Ambien CR to sleep, and I feel better. I also go to a warm water (94 degrees) swimming pool and do the aerobics with a bunch of old ladies who look better than I do in a bathing suit. Exercise is good for fibro.
 
is the acupuncture scary at first? i've never heard of the migun bed--i'll have to try it, if they have it in this area. does anyone else here do modified yoga for injuries?
