Just had a quick read and its left me with doubts, just my 2 penneths worth mate.
Cheers, we seem to have a consensus on that bunch....
Nope Lee I'm out, but still pass on my knowledge. I actually find it's a good thing, like I'm making a (positive) difference.
Been in touch with Combat Stress, but reckon there's others with priority over me for what are (and it's a shame) limited but good resources. I manage. Mostly.
 
I was sent this free version of "May The Healing Begin" -- treatment for stress; anxiety; insomnia; depression; suicide prevention; and PTSD with the rights to republish it here, so here it is for those who want to read it.

I haven't read it myself, so I don't know if its any good or not. Please feel free to post your feedback if you rate it or not.

Where's the "being-a-student" thread Dan? Sorry, anyway...random post cuz I gotta get back to work: Insomnia comes in handy when you gotta do a bunch of legal research & paperwork! Making the beast work for me! Just wondering if it works that way for you students ever since I'm getting ready to go back to school...been up 37+ straight
 
I think Sludge started the original conversation, it's how I have got through 2 years of Uni; writing my essays the same way. Not very good for stress, but I always get it done and to a good standard. Focused for hours. Still 37 hours is a bit much mate, look out for yourself.
 
Yeah, I couldn't believe I was still going strong so I took advantage of the beast's insomnia. Just finished a nice snooze, felt like I was hibernating. Had to get a lot done for a legal thing. All caught up. I just thought it was interesting to note. Essays sounds somewhat therapeutic, but probably better if it was not for an assignment? Keep after 'em...
