Hi Tika,
yes I have hallucinations too, both auditory and visual.... and its really difficult to explain, but with having flashbacxks and intrusive thoughts, it can be difficult at times, whats real and what isn't.

Hallo Tika,

I am happy to say "hallo" to you! It is a very healing experience to receive that you are not alone and that there are many others who share some of your feelings and experiences. So often I have problems to say what really happens/ed and waht not. And sometimes I do things which I don't even remember. I put my keys at a special hiding-place because I fear somebody could take them and do not find them for days. I don't know if I phoned somebody or not. I feel somebody is touching me and there is nobody and so on.

I think you will find so many helping voices here! I myself am a member for just one week. It is so interesting!
